谷子功能基因組學(xué)?
研究?jī)?nèi)容:
谷子(Setaria italica)是起源我國(guó)的禾谷類糧食作物,是我國(guó)北方重要的雜糧作物。谷子因其基因組小、二倍體、易于遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化、群體變異豐富、C4高效光合、具有突出的抗旱和耐土壤貧瘠能力(耐逆境),因此正快速成為國(guó)際植物分子遺傳學(xué)研究的新興模式植物。我們利用谷子作為遺傳研究的模式體系,現(xiàn)階段重點(diǎn)關(guān)注:禾谷類作物重要農(nóng)藝性狀調(diào)控基因克隆及遺傳解析、植物感知和傳遞干旱信號(hào)的轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、谷子馴化和育種過(guò)程中關(guān)鍵功能基因位點(diǎn)變異及適應(yīng)性等方面。旨在通過(guò)谷子模式研究體系,探究復(fù)雜的生物學(xué)過(guò)程,從而服務(wù)于主糧作物的遺傳研究與改良。
